Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, contact hello@luxelisting.ai within 14 days and we will review your request.

Failed generations

Credits used on generations that fail due to a system error are returned to your balance.
